How to Manually Change a Load Status

Steps to Manually Update a Load Status:

Users with appropriate permissions can manually change the status of a load directly from the Dispatcher screen in PortPro TMS. This feature is helpful when a load needs to be reset or updated due to changes in the workflow.

  1. Navigate to the Dispatcher module: https://app.portpro.io/tms/Dispatcher and locate the load that needs to be updated.

 

2. Scroll to the Change Status column on the right side of the screen.

 

3. Click on the current status (e.g., AVAILABLE) to open the status options.

 

4. Select the desired status from the dropdown (e.g., PENDING).

 

5. Once selected, the load will automatically update to reflect the new status.

 

The updated status will now be visible in the Dispatcher view and will reflect across relevant operational modules.
