Tracking & Appointment Settings

Tracking & Appointments holds all settings for base container tracking, enhanced container tracking, and automated appointments. See the video below for a brief overview and the linked articles below for a detailed overview on every section. 




Accessing Tracking & Appointment Settings

To access these settings, follow the steps below:

  1. Click the Settings gear icon (⚙) located at the top right corner of the screen.

  2. From the menu, select Tracking & Appointments.

Container Tracking Settings

  • Allow for Manual Override of LFD and Status - Toggling on this settings allows for users to manually update the load status and last free day date from the dispatch board, for example changing a load from available to pending. PortPro's tracking will no longer pull this information once it has been manually added by a user.

  • Prevent overriding container status from Enhanced Container Tracking - Toggling on this setting prevents users from changing the load status that was pulled by PortPro's tracking.
