How to Bulk Download Delivery Orders

Key Benefits 

• Quickly generate delivery orders (DOs) for multiple loads

• Save time by downloading all DOs in one batch

• Ideal for dispatchers managing multiple deliveries at once

How to Use It

1. Access the Dispatcher View

   • Use the Search Board or Filter features to locate and select the loads you want to download DOs for. 

2. Click "Print"

   • In the action bar above the selected loads, click the Print button
     

3. Select Delivery Locations

   • Choose to display either:

     • All delivery locations

     • The next delivery location

   • Click Close to confirm your selection.

4. Download Your DOs

   • A PDF file containing all the selected delivery orders will be automatically generated and downloaded as a single file to your Downloads folder.
      

We’ve Tested It
This process has been tested across different load types and dispatcher configurations. All selected DOs consistently download in a single PDF, with accurate formatting and complete delivery details.

Reminder

• You can only download DOs in bulk from the Dispatcher view.

• Make sure all selected loads have delivery information populated.

• The file downloads directly to your browser’s Downloads folder.
