System Generated Emails covers invoicing and automated emails sent through PortPro.
Configuration refers to the set up for the invoicing email. The @ sign can be typed in the email subject to pull load information such as the container number. At the bottom, cc emails can be added (for example, a company accounting inbox)
Expiry Notifications allow automated emails to send out regarding upcoming driver or equipment expiration dates as specified on the profiles in PortPro. The timeframe to send out the email in advance can be customized.
Template sets up the format for automated emails that can be based on various conditions. There are accounting templates to send out aging amount reminders to clients as well as load templates. Some load template scenarios are covered in the video above and here:

Tags can be used in the subject lines and bodies of the emails, a full list is here:

Template Groups allows templates to be grouped together to more easily be added onto a record.
Templates must be added to a Record in order to send out. This will specify the customer emails to send to. One important note is that if there are loads with no delivery (one way move, for example) this will need to be customized in the Advanced section.
