Embedded Email Inbox Settings
The Embedded Email Inbox settings provide enhanced email functionality for customers subscribed to the Silver or Gold tier.
Company Mailboxes
View or add connected mailboxes, including both individual and shared inboxes, from the Settings panel.
Tags
Create and manage custom tag names for categorizing emails.
View default tags such as Quote, Tender, Load, etc.
Tag colors can be customized to visually distinguish email types at a glance.
Rules
Configure rules to auto-assign emails to specific internal users, apply tags, or start SLA timers.
Example: A VIP client may have a rule requiring a response within 30 minutes.
This rule could be based on:
Organization
Sender email or client name
Tag type (e.g., Tender vs. Load Status Inquiry)
These tools help teams streamline email management, enforce response time standards, and better organize communication workflows.
