            Embedded Email Inbox Settings

            The Embedded Email Inbox settings provide enhanced email functionality for customers subscribed to the Silver or Gold tier.

            • Company Mailboxes

              • View or add connected mailboxes, including both individual and shared inboxes, from the Settings panel.

            • Tags

              • Create and manage custom tag names for categorizing emails.

              • View default tags such as Quote, Tender, Load, etc.

              • Tag colors can be customized to visually distinguish email types at a glance.

            • Rules

              • Configure rules to auto-assign emails to specific internal users, apply tags, or start SLA timers.

              • Example: A VIP client may have a rule requiring a response within 30 minutes.

                • This rule could be based on:

                  • Organization

                  • Sender email or client name

                  • Tag type (e.g., Tender vs. Load Status Inquiry)

            These tools help teams streamline email management, enforce response time standards, and better organize communication workflows.
