PortPro App Error

Overview

Drivers using the PORTPRO V2 mobile app may see the following error:

"Software error type 'Null' is not a subtype of type 'Map<String,dynamic>' in type cast among driver profiles."


Troubleshooting Steps

If a driver encounters this error, follow the steps below:

  1. Close the app completely.

  2. Reopen the app and verify that PORTPRO V2 is installed, not the older version.

  3. Enable all app permissions in the device settings to ensure smooth operation.

  4. Verify GPS/location services are turned on for live tracking.

  5. Ensure all software is up to date — including both the PORTPRO app and the mobile device’s operating system.

  6. If the issue persists, contact support at support@portpro.io.
