How to Set Up Driver Endorsements for Load Assignments

Driver endorsements can be set up using the driver preferences feature. This ensures drivers are assigned to loads that match their qualifications, helping to prevent dispatching errors and improve overall compliance.

Enable Endorsement Permissions

Navigate to Settings → Company Preferences → Configuration.
Select the option Meet the Following Criteria to Dispatch a Driver.
The Message 'Success' is displayed when the setting is saved

Updating Driver Endorsement Permissions

Navigate to the Driver Profile → Preferences Tab to enable specific driver endorsements and load preferences.

Enabled endorsements will displays with a blue box with a white check.

Click save changes in the lower right corner to save changes to the driver's profile.
