Overview
The Messaging tab within a load allows users to communicate directly with their customers, provided the customer is using the Customer Portal.
Key Information
Messages are shared in real-time inside the load under the Messaging tab.
Customers will only see this messaging area if they have access via Customer Profiles > Employees.
Note: System-generated note messages do not trigger a notification for the customer.
Use Case
Use the messaging tab for real-time updates, clarifications, or coordination with your customers directly from the load — no need for external emails or calls.
