Tracking: Able to see Tracking page which shows all live tracking for drivers

Dispatcher

Dispatcher: Can view Dispatcher load board and add drivers (can not click on load to view / edit Load Info)
Driver Itinerary: Access to driver itinerary to view loads drivers have worked on
Double Moves: Access to double moves to see possible dual transaction opportunities
Street Turns" Access to street turns to see possible street turn opportunities
Problem Container: Access to problem containers to see if any are hitting demurrage or per diem or are not tracking
Edit Dispatcher Page: Able to click on loads and edit load info
Connect Notices (Hybrid / broker solution only): Ability to bulk review, accept or reject, or clear notifications for sent and received load information to and from carriers

Customer Service

Dashboard: Can see schedule of upcoming moves
Loads: Tied to dispatcher board permission, will allow user to click on loads and edit load info
Quotes: Ability to create client rate quotes
Yard Check: See all dropped containers (whether at yard or consignee), can edit multiple load info fields similar to functionality on dispatcher board
Tendered Loads: See EDI loads from clients / brokers to accept or reject, view PortPal Audit which can be used to automatically upload PDF delivery orders using AI
Load Calendar: Month, week, or day at a glance in terms of delivery appointments scheduled, and containers with LFD or final return day (FRD) coming up. Only shows numbers, can not see specific loads.
Bulk Uploads: Ability to bulk upload data such as loads, customer tariffs, drivers, etc
Driver Messaging: Can message drivers
Employee Messaging: Can message employees (other users)
Group Messaging: Can start group messages with employees
Customer Messaging: Can message customers (through Messaging tab in a load)
Driver Group Chat: Can start driver group chat
Deleted Load: Can view deleted loads

Billing

Driver Pay

• Approve: Approve driver pay lines
• Allow Delete: Ability to delete driver pay
• Adjust: Can change the amount / units for driver pay
• Edit Expense: Can add / remove expenses in the expenses tab of a load

Deduction

• Approve: Approve deduction from settlements
• Allow Delete: Can delete deduction items
• Adjust: Can edit he deduction amount

Driver Settlements

• Review: Ability to place driver settlement in a reviewed status
• Finalize: Ability to finalize driver settlement (no further edits can be made)

Dynamic Expense: Set up recurring expenses to auto-populate on loads
 

Vendor Pay And Bill

• Vendor Pay: See vendor pay charge sets, confirm or reject
• Vendor Bills: View vendor bills, accept or decline
• Vendor Payment: Ability to apply payments for vendor bills

Carriers

• Carrier Profile: Add, delete, or change information on carrier profiles
• Tariff: Add, delete, or update tariffs for carriers

Drivers

Driver Profile: Can add new drivers, view and edit existing driver profile information 

• Can view Security Fields in CSV: Using Download CSV in top right, will see Document Information columns in report. Will allow user to see any social security, bank account, or routing number information.

Truck Assignments: Ability to view and assign trucks to drivers
Truck Owners: Can add truck / fleet owners
Driver Pay Rates: Ability to set up charge profiles and tariffs for driver pay
Driver Deduction Rates: Ability to set up recurring driver deductions
