Overview

Dry Run or Void Out events are useful when a load is cancelled or cannot be completed as planned. These markers help ensure that billing, reporting, and internal tracking remain accurate and transparent.

How to Add a Dry Run/Void Out

To mark a move as a Dry Run/Void Out:

1. Open the Load Board.

2. Locate and open the load that requires the adjustment.

3. Select the Void Out button next to the event.

4. If adjusting manually, fill in the required fields such as:

   • Location

   • Timestamps (if applicable)

   • Notes for context

5. Save your changes.

Use Case Examples

• Dry Run: A driver arrives for pickup, but the container is not available.

• Void Out: A load was assigned but cancelled before dispatch.
