Chat History Management
- Viewing Chat History:
Upon opening the AI Chat Agent, recent conversations appear in the left-hand panel, with the newest listed at the top. - Starting a New Chat:
Click the blue "New Chat" button beside the filter icon to begin a fresh conversation. - Switching Between Conversations:
Click on any conversation in the left-hand panel to switch to it. This enables maintaining multiple ongoing conversations across different topics. - Searching Chat History:
Use the search field at the top of the panel to search across all conversations. Enter relevant keywords, and matching conversations will be displayed.
Example- Managing Multiple Conversations:

Data Export (CSV Download)
- When to Use:
Use the CSV download feature to work with data offline, share it externally, or import it into applications like Excel or Google Sheets. - How to Use:
When the agent displays a data table, a Download button appears next to it. Click this button to save the data as a CSV file. - What Gets Downloaded:
The CSV file contains all data shown in the table, including the same column headers. - File Naming:
Files are named descriptively based on the query—for example:"loads_delivery_tomorrow_2025-05-31.csv"
.
Example – Downloading Data:
User: "List all containers at Los Angeles Terminal"
Agent: [Displays a table with containers] [Download] [Email]
User: [Clicks Download button]
Agent: "The CSV file 'containers_los_angeles_terminal_2025-05-31.csv' has been downloaded to the computer."
Email Integration
- When to Use:
Use the email feature to share data with colleagues or customers without requiring them to log into PortPro. - How to Use:
When the agent displays a table, a Email button will appear. Click it to send the table via email. - Specifying Recipients:
By default, emails are sent to the registered account email. Additional recipients can be added when prompted. - Email Format:
The email includes a short message explaining the data, along with a CSV file attachment.
Example – Emailing Data:
User: "Show all invoices for customer ABC due this week"
Agent: [Displays a table with invoices] [Download] [Email]
User: [Clicks Email button]
Agent: "The table will be emailed. Would another address be included?"
User: "Yes, also send to john@abc-customer.com"
Agent: "Email sent! The table has been delivered to the registered email and john@abc-customer.com."
Code Execution for Calculations and Reports
- When to Use:
Use this feature for quick calculations or reports based on PortPro data. - How to Request:
Submit requests using natural language—for example: "Calculate the average delivery time for loads last week" or "Show projected revenue by day for this week." - Available Calculations:
The agent can perform sums, averages, counts, groupings, and simple projections. - Data Presentation:
Results appear in formatted tables with options to download or email. - Limitations:
Advanced statistical analysis or complex custom formulas may not be supported. For deeper analysis, download the data and use external tools.
Example – Generating a Report:
User: "Calculate the average time between pickup and delivery for completed loads this month, grouped by customer"
Agent: [Displays results in a table] [Download] [Email]
User: "Include the median time as well"
Agent: [Updates calculation and displays a revised table] [Download] [Email]
Suggested Prompts

Suggested prompts assist when uncertain about what to ask or when getting started. - Where to Find Them:
These prompts appear when starting a new conversation. - How to Use:
Click any suggested prompt to have the agent execute it. - Types of Prompts:
Prompts include queries related to loads, containers, invoices, drivers, and general information.
