How does EEI currently extract Delivery Orders?
In the current Delivery Order flow, the system extracts a Delivery Order only when the subject or content includes “DO,” “Delivery Order,” or other DO-specific keywords.
What if a Delivery Order is referenced without using “DO” or similar keywords?
If the terminology does not explicitly mention “DO” or “Delivery Order,” you can manually add the “Tender” tag.
What happens after I add the “Tender” tag?
A: Once the “Tender” tag is added, the system will learn from this input. Over time, similar subjects and terminology will automatically be treated as tendered, even if “DO” is not explicitly mentioned.
