Overview of Load Status Definitions

The following are the definitions for the various load statuses displayed within the system.

Dispatched

The driver is assigned to a move but has not yet started the move.

Enroute to Chassis

Driver is enroute to hook a chassis at the dispatched chassis pick-up location

Arrived to Chassis

Driver arrived to hook a chassis at the dispatched chassis pick-up location

Enroute to Pick Container

Driver is enroute to dispatched Port/ Shipper location (Ocean Port, Railyard, Other Shipper location) to pick up a container

Arrived at Pick Container

Driver has arrived to dispatched Port/ Shipper location (Ocean Port, Railyard, Other Shipper location) to pick up a container

Enroute to Deliver Load

Driver has picked up container at the dispatched Port/ Shipper location and is enroute to deliver the container to the dispatched Consignee (Receiver) location (Loaded Container for Import, Empty Container for Export)

Arrived at Deliver Load

• Driver has arrived at dispatched Consignee (Receiver) location to deliver the loaded container (Import)
• Driver has arrived at dispatched Consignee (Receiver) location to deliver the empty container (Export)

Enroute to Drop Container

• Driver is enroute to drop the loaded container at the dispatched Yard, Consignee (Receiver) (Import)
• Driver is enroute to drop the empty container at the dispatched Yard, Consignee (Receiver (Export)

Dropped

• Driver has dropped loaded container at dispatched Yard or Consignee (Receiver) location (Import)
• Driver has dropped empty container at Yard or Consignee (Receiver) location (Export)
  
  

Enroute to Hook Container

Driver is enroute to hook dropped container at dispatched Yard or Consignee (Receiver) location

Enroute to Return Empty

• Driver is enroute to return empty container  at the dispatched Port/ Shipper location (Import)
• Driver is enroute to return loaded container to the dispatched Port/ Shipper location (Export)

Arrived at Return Container

Driver has arrived to the dispatched Port/ Shipper location to return the container

Enroute to Return Chassis

Driver is in route to return the chassis to the dispatched chassis depot

Arrived to Return Chassis

Driver has a arrived to return the chassis to the dispatched chassis depot

Completed

All of the container events associated with the movement of the container on the load (shipment) have been confirmed completed. Load is ready to be invoiced.
