May 24, 2025 Release
1. Error Message Filter on Problem Containers Page
Overview:
A new filter option has been added to the Problem Containers page, allowing users to filter containers by specific error messages.
Key Details
Dropdown filter includes common messages such as:
Invalid login credentials
Container information not found on port site
Port mismatch errors
Located within the existing filter options on the Problem Containers page

Reduces manual review by categorizing errors at a glance
Increases efficiency in resolving container-related exceptions
2. Vendor Visibility in Driver Planner and Itinerary Views
Overview:
Hybrid users can now view vendors directly in the Driver Planner and Itinerary views, providing a more comprehensive view of operational resources.
Key Details
Applies to Lite, full carrier, and owner-operator vendor types
Visibility is managed via column filters; saved per user preference
Vendors must be eligible for tendering to appear in the list
Benefits and Value:
Consolidates visibility of all dispatchable resources
Enhances planning coordination by displaying both drivers and vendors in one view
Supports more flexible dispatch workflows
3. Appointment Status Display in Planner Page
Overview:
Appointment status labels are now visible directly on the Planner page, showing the current scheduling status of each move.
Key Details:
Statuses such as “Confirmed” or “Requested” are displayed within each container move card for Hook, Deliver, and Drop events. This is consistent across both dispatched and non-dispatched moves.

Provides immediate insight into the scheduling state of each move
Reduces the need to open moves individually to verify appointment status
Supports faster prioritization and load execution
4. User-Level Time Zone Configuration
Overview:
Users can now be assigned individual time zones, allowing system times to reflect the user’s specific region.
Key Details:
If enabled for the account, administrators will see a “Timezone” dropdown in the Edit User screen. The same time zone options used for drivers will be available. Once set, the user will view system times in their designated time zone.

5. Charge Code Mapping Display and Search Improvements
Overview:
The charge code mapping interface has been updated for improved usability and accuracy.

The charge code now appears on a white background; the label is shown on a blue pill.
The search functionality has been updated to work by charge code name instead of label.
When adding a new mapping, the charge code appears in larger text above the label in dropdowns.

What’s New
Default equipment lengths have been added specifically for Matson carriers.

5300 – 53' High Cube Trailer (already in place)

1. Multiple Drivers Per Truck Assignment
What’s New
The system now supports assigning more than one driver to a single truck.
Key Details
- A new “Multiple Drivers Per Truck” flag is available in Company Preferences. When enabled multiple drivers can be assigned to the same truck via the Truck Profile > Drivers tab. When disabled, the truck assignment returns to one-driver-only enforcement
- Interface updates reflect assignment mode based on flag status
