TABLE OF CONTENTS

June 26th New Features & Enhancements

Improved Chassis Entry in Mobile App

We’ve updated the mobile app interface to make it easier and more intuitive for drivers to enter or select a chassis number when working a move.

What’s New

  • Tapping the Chassis Number field now opens a new screen.

  • Displays Container Information at the top, including:

    • Container Number

    • Size

    • Type

    • SSL

  • Drivers can type in a chassis number to search or add one.

  • If a chassis number doesn’t already exist, they’ll have the option to manually add it as entered.

  • If the driver only has permission to choose from the list, the manual entry option will not be shown.

Where to find it

Open any move in the mobile app and tap into the Chassis Number field.

Why it matters

This update gives drivers a smoother experience when entering chassis data reducing confusion, improving speed, and ensuring better data capture, especially when the chassis isn’t pre-listed in the system.

June 21st New Features & Enhancements

Improved Control Over External IDs in Profile Settings

To reduce confusion and improve clarity, we’ve renamed the External ID setting and updated its behavior. This follows our earlier rollout of External IDs across all profile types.

What’s New

  • The setting has been renamed to Unique ID Restriction

  • A tooltip was added to explain how the setting works:
“When this box is checked, External IDs can be entered manually, with a system-wide restriction to prevent duplicate entries. Existing duplicates will stay intact until a profile is edited.”

  • When enabled, the system prevents duplicate External IDs across all profiles (customers, drivers, vendors, etc.)

  • Existing duplicates will remain, but any edited profiles with non-unique IDs will trigger an error

Where to find it

Go to Company Preferences > Advanced > Add IDs to profiles to enable or review the setting.

Learn more about External IDs and how to use the Unique ID Restriction setting.

New Load Preferences Added for Brokerage Platform Sync

To keep the carrier and brokerage platforms fully in sync, we’ve added several load preferences to the brokerage side. This update ensures both platforms recognize the same set of preferences when planning or managing loads.

What’s New

The following load preferences are now supported in the brokerage platform:

  • Local

  • Highway

  • Reefer

  • Scale

  • Domestic

  • EV

  • Waste

  • GDP

  • Rail

Important Notes:
1. GDP and Waste are only available for EU-based customers.
2. Domestic and Rail preferences are connected to the Rail Order feature

Where to Find It

These preferences can be selected when editing or creating loads in the brokerage platform. They will appear in the same equipment section used on the carrier side.

     Why It Matters

  • Ensures full sync between carrier and brokerage platforms
  • Prevents errors when preferences only existed on one side

  • Now, both systems use the same preferences making it easier to manage loads across platforms.

Load Endorsement Enhancements

We've expanded our system to include two new driver endorsements: OOG and Bonded. These endorsements are now available in driver preferences and function across:

  • Dispatch filters

  • Load info

  • Order view

  • Driver preferences

  • Billing

  • Tender loads

Where to find it
You can now access OOG and Bonded endorsements directly from within the Driver Profile → Preferences tab, under the Endorsements section.

Broker Support for System Moves

Brokers can now see system-generated support container moves when working with connected carrier accounts. This improves routing visibility without exposing restricted move types.

What’s New

  • Support container moves created by the carrier now display on the broker side.

  • Chassis events within support moves remain hidden to avoid conflicts.

  • If a broker attempts to create a chassis event, they’ll receive a message:

     “Chassis event can’t be tendered”

Where to find it

Support container moves will appear in the move details view within brokered shipments for hybrid or connected carrier-broker relationships.

Return Appointment Request Toggles for Load Completion Events

We've added new settings that give users more control over when the system triggers return appointment requests for live and drop loads.

What’s New

Two new toggles are now available on the Appointment Template page:

  1. Book return appointments once live unload/live load is complete

    • When enabled, return appointments will be requested as soon as a Depart Delivery event is completed.

    • When disabled, the system will wait and trigger the request later in the routing flow.

  2. Book return appointments once drop is empty

    • When enabled, return appointments will be triggered as soon as the Drop move is marked empty.

Each toggle includes a tooltip explaining its behavior.

Where to find it

Go to Settings > Appointment Templates, and look for the two new toggles in the template editor.

Why it matters

These settings allow dispatchers and planners to control the timing of return appointment requests based on their operational workflows. This ensures more accurate appointment booking and reduces manual follow-up.

Display Appointment Status Labels for Unassigned Moves in Planner

We've improved visibility in the Planner by displaying appointment status labels for unassigned moves. Previously, appointment statuses were only visible once a move was assigned. Now, users can see appointment information earlier in the planning process.

What’s New

  • A single appointment status label (e.g., Confirmed, Requested) now appears for unassigned container moves in the right-hand sidebar of the Planner page.

  • Status is shown even if no driver has been assigned to the move.

Where to find it

Go to the Planner page and open the Unassigned Moves sidebar. The appointment status will appear directly within each move card.

Why it matters

This update gives dispatchers earlier insight into appointment progress and helps with scheduling decisions—without needing to assign a move first.

Savannah Export Enhancements

Reefer Container Type Change Triggers Tracking

When the container type is changed to or from a reefer (any size) on an export load for Savannah terminals (GCT or OT), the system will now automatically re-trigger tracking.
This ensures updated ERD and cut-off dates are pulled without requiring manual re-entry.

Where to find it
This logic is applied when editing the container type within the load.

ERD Now Displays Date and Time

The Earliest Return Date (ERD) now shows both the date and time on the Load Info page and the Dispatcher Board.
This change improves visibility and helps users plan more accurately based on time-specific ERDs.

Where to find it

Displayed directly under ERD fields in Load Info and Dispatcher views.

Audit Log Message Fix

Resolved an issue where audit logs were displaying incorrect messages about ERD removal on loads that were not Hazmat. This correction ensures audit entries reflect only valid system actions.

Where to find it
Viewable in the Audit Log tab of the load.

Improved Logic for Duplicated Loads

When a Savannah export load is duplicated, the following fields will now be copied over:

  • Booking number

  • SSL owner

  • Container size and type

  • Vessel, Voyage, ERD, and Cut-off dates (flagged as system-generated)

Tracking is automatically re-triggered on the duplicated load to maintain accurate timelines.

Where to find it
Trigger this by duplicating a load using the standard Duplicate Load action.

Duplicated Loads Included in Tracking Cron

Duplicated Savannah export loads are now included in the system’s scheduled tracking process.
This ensures tracking begins automatically without user action when a duplicate is created.

Where to find it
This runs in the background, no user interaction is required.

Driver Last Names Now Displayed in GL Code Assignments

To make it easier to assign GL codes accurately, the system now displays both the first and last name of each driver in the selection list when applying General Ledger (GL) codes.

What’s New

  • The driver selection dropdown used when assigning GL codes now includes full names (first + last).

  • Helps distinguish between drivers with similar first names or initials.

Where to find it

This update is available anywhere driver GL code assignments are made—such as in accounting workflows or billing review interfaces.

Why it matters

Reduces the risk of assigning GL codes to the wrong driver and saves time by eliminating the need to cross-reference names elsewhere.

Identify Empty or Return Leg Based on Tariff Applied

The system now uses the applied tariff type to identify whether a movement is considered a Loaded or Empty (Return) Leg for specific EDI exports.

What’s New

  • The system automatically assigns the appropriate leg status in outbound EDI when generating records:

    • FULL if the leg is associated with a loaded movement

    • EMPTY if the leg is recognized as a return or repositioning leg

  • This logic is triggered based on the tariff selected for that leg

  • The correct status is inserted into the N9 segment of the EDI file

Where to find it

This logic runs automatically when generating EDI transactions tied to loads with eligible tariffs.

Why it matters

This enhancement ensures accurate representation of movement types in EDI exports—reducing the need for manual corrections and improving consistency for customers using external logistics or routing systems.

Create or Edit Chassis Validations Without Enabling the Feature

Users can now configure Chassis Mapping Validations even if the feature is currently turned off. Previously, enabling the feature was required just to set it up—often triggering restrictions before users were ready.

What’s New

  • Users can add or edit chassis validation mappings at any time, regardless of whether the validation setting is enabled.

  • No need to toggle on “Use Chassis Mapping Validation” just to configure it.

  • This makes setup easier and more flexible without impacting live routing or enforcement.

Where to find it

Go to Settings > Equipment > Validation, and open the Chassis Mapping section.

June 14th New Features & Enhancements

A new Preferences tab has been added to the Truck Profile, positioned after the existing Documents tab. This enhancement supports future optimization functionality by allowing users to define key truck characteristics.

Key Features

  • Preferences Tab Additions:

    • Selectable Options:

      • EV (Electric Vehicle)

      • OOG (Out-of-Gauge)

      • CNG (Compressed Natural Gas)
