Adjusting Time Spent in Routing Events
Updating arrival and departure timestamps in routing events ensures accurate operational timelines, supporting reliable reporting, billing, and internal audits.
Steps to Edit Timestamps
1. Navigate to the Routing Page
Log in and go to the Routing section of the system.
2. Open the “Time Spent” Panel
Find the event you want to adjust and open the Time Spent section showing arrival and departure times.
3. Edit Arrival/Departure Times
Click into the section to enable editing, then update the timestamps as needed.
4. Save Changes
Click Save to apply your updates.
5. Confirm the Update
Reopen the section to ensure your changes were saved correctly.
Notes
Timestamp updates take effect immediately and will reflect in all system reports.
Always save your edits before navigating away.
