How to Set Up Expiry Notifications
In the Carrier Solution, expiry notifications can be configured to send email alerts and driver-specific notifications via the driver app. These notifications cover drivers, chassis, trucks, and trailers, helping to stay proactive in managing equipment and driver compliance.
Navigate to Settings
2. Select Expiry Notification
3. Choose the specific expiration type to be notified about, or select All
4. Enter the number of days prior to expiration to receive the notification
5.Add the email address(es) for receiving notifications; confirm by pressing Enter or Return
6. For driver-specific expirations, enable notifications to be sent directly to the driver’s PortPro mobile app
