How to Turn On/Off My Notifications in PortPro

To manage notifications in PortPro:

1. Log in to the user's PortPro account.

2. Click the profile icon (top right corner where the user's name is).

3. Select My Settings > My Notifications.

4. Use the flags to turn notifications on or off  (pop-up notifications, sounds, etc).

5. Click on Save Changes when done.

Please note the user needs to have the permission enabled to perform this action.

How to Enable Notification Permissions

Make sure the user has access to the 'Configuration' setting under Company Preferences:

1. Go to Settings.

2. Click Account Setup.

3. Select Users & Permissions.

4. Click the user’s name.

5. Under Permissions, scroll to the Company Preferences module.

6. Make sure 'Configuration' is toggled ON.

7. Save changes.
