PortPro’s Gen AI feature automatically reads and processes load tenders received by email. This feature uses AI to extract the necessary data from PDF attachments and populate key fields within the load form, saving time and reducing manual entry.
What It Does
Reads load tender PDFs attached to incoming emails.
Extracts critical data such as container number, pickup/delivery locations, dates, and times.
Automatically creates a draft load in drayOS for review and submission.
