Delivery Orders and Tender Requests can vary significantly in both language and formatting. While the AI is designed to continuously learn and improve, it may not always process tenders accurately. If the AI does not automatically apply the tender tag or fails to streamline tender processing from an email, please contact support@portpro.io.
To assist with resolution and model improvement, the Data Science Team requests the following information:
- A screenshot of the EEI email, including the subject line, email body, and visible attachment names
- All attachments from the original email (complete files, if feasible)
- A clear description of the expected result—ideally, a screenshot of the ‘Review Tender’ dialog highlighting any missing or incorrect information, or a description of the anticipated Load details if the Tender dialog is not triggered
Please note that any adjustments made will not affect the current Tender Request but will improve the handling of similar requests going forward.
