The Fleet Owner field may be disabled during settlement syncing if the setup is incomplete. To enable and use this field, ensure the following steps are completed:
Set up the Fleet Owner
Configure trucks and assign Fleet Owners
Set up the driver
Assign drivers to Fleet Owner's truck(s)
