Can I manually change the dropped empty or loaded status?

Q: How can I change the container status after dropping it to reflect it still has freight?

A:
The container status is automatically set based on the drop location:

• If dropped at the same location as the delivery event:

  • Import: Status = Dropped Loaded

  • Export: Status = Dropped Empty

• If dropped at a different location than the delivery event:

  • Import: Status changes from Dropped Loaded → Dropped Empty

  • Export: Status changes from Dropped Empty → Dropped Loaded

⚠️ Note for multiple delivery drop events:
Users cannot manually set the container status. Please contact your Implementation or Success Manager to discuss best operational practices if you need to track partial loaded containers that still has freight
