Enabling the Fleet Owner Field During Settlement Syncing

The Fleet Owner field may appear grayed out during settlement syncing if the setup is incomplete. To enable and use this field correctly, follow these steps:



  1. Set Up the Fleet Owner

    • Add the fleet owner to the system.

    • Assign the fleet owner to the appropriate trucks.

  2. Configure Trucks and Assign Fleet Owners

    • Create truck profiles.

    • Assign each truck to the correct fleet owner, linking vehicles to their owners.

  3. Set Up the Driver

    • Add driver details into the system.

    • Link each driver to their designated truck.

  4. Assign Drivers to Trucks

    • Verify each driver is correctly assigned to a truck.

    • This final link enables the Fleet Owner field to be active during settlement syncing.
