Why is it not possible to process a driver settlement for multiple trucks?

The system does not support syncing driver settlements to QuickBooks when a driver is linked to multiple trucks or fleet owners. This is because the system cannot identify which fleet owner to assign the settlement to within QuickBooks.


To enable settlement syncing, please verify that the Vendor setting under Settings > Accounting Configuration > QuickBooks Setup > Accounts Payable is set to either Both or Driver.
