How to Connect to Drivers on Owner Operator App

Overview

When a carrier sends a request to connect via the Owner Operator App, you must approve their request in the Vendor settings. Once approved, the carrier can create a password and start receiving load tenders.


Steps to Approve a Driver Connection Request

1. Go to the Vendors Tab

  • In the left-hand navigation, go to Vendors > Vendor.


2. Filter by Request Status

  • In the Request Status dropdown, select the filter to view all pending connection requests.


3. Review and Confirm

  • You’ll see a list of carriers with pending status.

  • Review the Name, Phone, and Email fields.

  • Click the Confirm button next to the appropriate carrier.


4. What Happens Next?

  • Once confirmed, the carrier will receive an email invitation to set up their password.

  • After completing this step, they’ll be able to log in to the Owner Operator App and begin accepting tenders from your team.


Tip

If the carrier doesn’t see the email, ask them to check their spam folder or resend the invite from the same page.
