How to Clear Site Cache in Google Chrome
Clearing your browser’s site cache can help fix issues like pages not loading correctly, buttons not working, or old information still showing after updates.
Why this helps
When you visit a website, Chrome saves parts of the page (like images or code) to help it load faster next time. Sometimes this saved data becomes outdated or conflicts with new updates, which can cause the site to act up Clearing the cache lets Chrome load the newest version of the website, often fixing display or loading problems.
Steps to Clear Site Cache
Open Google Chrome.
Click the dots to the left of the PortPro URL
Select Settings Settings

Click Delete data.

Close and reopen Chrome, then reopen PortPro.
Clearing Your DNS Cache
Sometimes, pages in PortPro (or other web-based systems) can load slowly or have difficulty showing information. One common cause is a cached DNS record — in simple terms, your computer may be holding onto an old “map” of where the system lives online.
Clearing (or “flushing”) your DNS cache refreshes this map so your computer can connect directly to the latest, most accurate version of the site. This often helps resolve issues like:
Pages taking longer than usual to load
Data not appearing or showing outdated values
Errors when trying to access certain areas of the platform
