FAQ: Status Boxes Not Updating
If status boxes aren’t updating as expected, users should try the following steps on their computer:
1. Clear the Browser Cache
Clearing the browser cache can often resolve display and syncing issues.
2. Ensure the Computer’s Date & Time Are Set Automatically
For Windows:
Open Settings > Time & language > Date & time
Turn on Set time automatically
Click Sync now
For Mac:
Open the System Settings app
Select General in the sidebar, then Date & Time (scroll down if needed)
Turn on Set time and date automatically, then click Set
After completing these steps, the user should refresh their browser and check whether the status boxes are updating correctly.
