FAQ: Status Boxes Not Updating

If status boxes aren’t updating as expected, users should try the following steps on their computer:


1. Clear the Browser Cache

Clearing the browser cache can often resolve display and syncing issues.


2. Ensure the Computer’s Date & Time Are Set Automatically

For Windows:

  • Open Settings > Time & language > Date & time

  • Turn on Set time automatically

  • Click Sync now

For Mac:

  • Open the System Settings app

  • Select General in the sidebar, then Date & Time (scroll down if needed)

  • Turn on Set time and date automatically, then click Set


After completing these steps, the user should refresh their browser and check whether the status boxes are updating correctly.
