What is the expiration time for key tokens generated from PortPro > Settings > Developer Settings?
Access tokens remain active for 3 hours.
Does PortPro provide the client ID and client secret for API integrations?
Yes, please request via email to support@portpro.io so we can coordinate a call meeting (Google Meets) to provide you with this type of information as it is sensitive information. We prefer to send these credentials through Google Meet rather than on an unencrypted email thread.
Who would I speak to about an EDI / API integration?
You can use your own provider or reach out to your Customer Success Manager for contact information for our provider partner Lift Data Services, who can set this up for you at a cost.
I have created a webhook, but PortPro doesn't seem to be pushing data to it. Why is this happening?
While in your PortPro account, head over to your Settings - Developer Settings - Webhook and check you have marked the options under Events.
