1. Click "Free Flow" on the Dispatcher board. This feature may need to be enabled, you can contact your Account Manager or Customer Success Manager for assistance.
2. Click "Add Order"
3. Add required information for the new orders. You can include reference information that will be visible to the drivers
4. You can "Add Different Delivery Location" if the containers for the free flow are headed to separate locations.
5. Click "Next Page"
6. Enter the container numbers. If unknown, you can create a number such as "TEST1234567"
7. Click "Create Order"
8. Once you create an order, it will be listed on the Free Flow page. It will also auto-create a load where you can edit the routing.
You will see your different Orders at the top of the screen. By default you will see all trips displayed. Orders are the umbrella that Trips fall under. You can have multiple Trips under one Order.
9. You can create new trips instantly using this green plus sign.
10. Click "AVAILABLE" in order to assign and dispatch to a driver using the green checkmark.
11. Click this icon.
12. When the driver arrives at the port and enters the container number of the box that they have picked up, the system will automatically link the Trip to the corresponding Load number. After the load is linked, that Trip will no longer show and under "Loads Linked" it will then show the Load that was linked to the Trip.
