Configuring and Locating Driver Preferences

Step 1: Enable Driver Preferences

Navigate to Settings → Company Preferences → Configuration.
Enable Driver Preferences to activate the feature and allow filtering based on driver qualifications during dispatch.

Step 2: Add Criteria for Load Eligibility

Driver Preferences define the specific criteria required for a driver to qualify for a particular load.
These settings help ensure only eligible drivers are considered during load assignment.

Step 3: Locate Driver Preferences in the Driver Profile

Driver-specific preferences are managed within each Driver Profile → Preferences tab.
Adjust these preferences based on factors such as certifications, equipment types, location, or other operational requirements.
