Overview
When emails are sent to or received from external contacts, PortPro can automatically associate those emails with the correct records across your system—People, Organizations, and Loads—using the contact’s email address.
Benefits
Easily locate communication history from a customer, CSR, or driver.
View emails directly in relevant records (e.g., People Profile, Organization, Load).
Avoid duplicate or disjointed communication records across modules.
How It Works
When an email is sent or received in PortPro, the system checks if the email address exists in:
A Person profile
An Organization profile
A Load record (via contact field)
If matched, the email will be automatically associated and visible on that record’s communication tab.
