Updating and Saving Dispatcher View Filters

Saving filter configurations in dispatcher and custom views helps maintain consistency and efficiency in daily workflows. By preserving preferred filters, teams can quickly access relevant data without reapplying criteria each time, improving productivity and ensuring operational focus. 

To save changes made to a dispatcher custom views:

1. Reset and apply the desired filter criteria.

2. Click on the view name tab at the top of the dispatcher screen.

3. Select the three-dot icon next to the view name.

4. Choose Edit from the dropdown menu.

5. Click Edit View to save the updated configuration & filters applied.
