What should a user do if the chat bubble isn’t populating?

There may be firewall might be blocking the chat app. The user may need to allow it through their system’s security settings. This may need to be done by the network administrator or IT department.

  1. Open the Start menu and search "Windows Security".

  2. Go to "Firewall & network protection".

  3. Click "Allow an app through firewall" and enable the chat app.


Q: How to fix this on macOS?

  1. Open System Preferences.

  2. Go to Security & Privacy > Firewall.

  3. Adjust settings to allow the chat app through.
