Overview of Problem Container Icon on Dispatcher Board

Modified on Thu, 12 Jun at 6:46 PM

The problem container icon has been developed to improve the visibility of containers that require attention due to potential issues. We have introduced a new feature on the dispatcher board, which includes a dedicated column and icon specifically for highlighting problem containers. This enhancement will allow users to quickly identify and address containers with concerns, thereby enhancing operational efficiency.

Overview

The Problem Containers feature enables users to quickly identify containers with potential issues. Containers flagged for attention are marked in the “Warning” column with a red octagon icon, making it easy to spot and address problems proactively.

  • Warning Column: The new column, labeled “Warning,” contains the red octagon icon. This icon appears when a container is flagged as a problem container.

  • Icon Visibility: If a container is no longer flagged as a problem container, the red octagon icon disappears from the warning column.

How to Enable the "Warning" Column

If the "Warning" column is not visible, it can be enabled by following these steps:

  1. Navigate  to the Dispatch Board.

  2. Click on the Column Widget located on the far right of the board.

  3. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the widget.

  4. Find the toggle for the "Warning" column and switch it on to enable the column.

Once enabled, the 'Warning' column will appear on your dispatcher board with the red octagon icon to indicate problem containers. Like any other column on the dispatcher board, the 'Warning' column can be relocated and pinned to a preferred location for easier access.

Navigating to the Problem Containers Page

  • Hover to View Remarks: When you hover your mouse over the red octagon icon, the remarks for the problem container will be displayed.
  • Click to Access Problem Containers Page: Clicking on the icon will take you directly to the problem containers page, where more detailed information about the container can be accessed.
