Enterprise / SSO Login Overview

PortPro Enterprise Login (SSO via SAML 2.0)

PortPro’s Enterprise Login supports SAML-based Single Sign-On (SSO), allowing users to authenticate via a trusted Identity Provider (IdP), such as Okta, Auth0, or a corporate SSO platform.

  • Uses SAML 2.0 protocol

  • Follows an IdP-initiated SSO flow (users authenticate through their IdP)

  • Compatible with PortPro Carrier and PortPro Broker platforms

  • Designed for secure, centralized login via your organization’s identity system

FAQs

  • Q: Will users be prevented from logging in via the Portpro Sign In (non Enterprise)?
    • No, users are not prevented from logging in via the other sign in method
  • Q: Are drivers included in the enterprise login feature?
    • If Single Sign-On (SSO) is required for drivers, this must be specified when the SSO request is submitted. Driver access is not enabled by default.
