"Invalid Reference Id : Line.SalesItemLineDetail.ItemRef" error message in Problem Invoices

This error indicates that a QuickBooks item (product/service) that is being used in the transaction that the user was trying to process has been deactivated. Make sure that all the charge codes on that invoice are active in both PortPro and Quickbooks. If they are active, and this error persists, please reach out to Customer Support for further assistance.
