Managing Existing Rules in Document Requirements Agent

Viewing Current Rules


Active rules are displayed in the sidebar with the following information:

  • Rule Name: Descriptive name of the rule

  • Document Types: Required documents

  • Conditions: Applied conditions (load type, location, etc.)

  • Customers: Applicable customers

  • Status: Active/Inactive status


Modifying Rules


To modify an existing rule:

  1. Select the Rule: Click on the rule in the sidebar

  2. Request Changes: Use natural language to describe modifications

    • "Change the POD requirement to include scale ticket"

    • "Add customer DEF Logistics to the existing rule"

    • "Remove the Los Angeles pickup condition"


Deactivating Rules


Temporarily disable rules without deleting them:

Commands:

  • "Pause the POD requirement rule for ABC Logistics"

  • "Temporarily disable the scale ticket rule"

  • "Deactivate all rules for customer XYZ"


Deleting Rules


Permanently remove rules:

Commands:

  • "Delete the detention documentation rule"

  • "Remove all rules for inactive customer ABC"

  • "Permanently delete the Los Angeles pickup rule"



Confirmation: The agent will ask for confirmation before permanently deleting any rule.
