Getting Started with the Document Requirements Agent

Accessing the Document Requirements Agent
The Document Requirements Agent is integrated into the PortPro AI Chat interface. To access it:

1. Navigate to AI Chat: Log into the PortPro account and click on the "AI Chat" section in the main navigation.

2. Select Document Requirements: From the available agents list, click on "Document Requirements."

3. Verify Permissions: Ensure the "Document Requirements" permission is enabled in the user profile.

Note: If the Document Requirements option is not visible, contact an admin to enable the appropriate permissions.

Initial Setup and Configuration

Before creating the first document requirement rule, familiarize with the agent's interface:

• Chat Interface: The agent uses a conversational interface where natural language commands can be typed.

• Sidebar Display: Created rules will appear in the sidebar, similar to charge profiles.

• Configuration Panel: Access advanced settings through the gear icon in the top right.

Understanding Document Types

The agent can work with a wide range of document types relevant to logistics operations. When defining rules, specify which of these documents are required under certain conditions. The agent is designed to be flexible and can be configured to recognize additional document types as needed.
