Monitoring Agent Activity
Regular checks of the Empty Return Agent dashboard in the AI Control Tower can be used to:
Review processed items and verify accuracy.
Address exceptions or items requiring manual attention.
Monitor overall performance and efficiency gains.
Managing Exceptions
While the agent automates much of the process, certain situations may require manual intervention:
Ambiguous Information: Emails containing unclear or conflicting details may be flagged for review.
New Terminals/Formats: Emails from unfamiliar sources or in new formats may require initial manual processing or configuration adjustments.
Exceptions can be reviewed in the dedicated section of the agent dashboard, where necessary corrections or clarifications can be applied.
