What is the Google Sheets AI Agent?

The Google Sheets AI Agent is a powerful tool available in the PortPro AI Marketplace. Its primary function is to create a direct, automated connection between the PortPro Transportation Management System (TMS) and Google Sheets. This integration enables continuous, near real-time synchronization of critical TMS data—such as load details, container information, and statuses—into selected Google Sheets. By automating this process, the agent reduces manual data entry, minimizes errors, and improves data visibility for reporting, analysis, or collaboration within the Google Workspace.

Requirements Before Beginning

To use the Google Sheets AI Agent, the following items are required:

• An active PortPro TMS account with valid login credentials.

• A Google account (such as a personal Gmail or Google Workspace account) with access to Google Drive and permission to create and edit Google Sheets.

• An accessible Google Sheet in Google Drive (either a specific sheet already prepared or a new/existing sheet selected during the connection process via the Google Picker interface).

• A stable internet connection.

Accessing the Google Sheets AI Agent

Follow these steps to access the agent:

1. Log in to the PortPro TMS account.

2. Navigate to the AI Marketplace section via the main dashboard or menu.

3. Locate the Google Sheets AI Agent tile or listing and click to begin the setup process.
