What is the Excel Spreadsheet AI Agent?

The Excel Spreadsheet AI Agent is a powerful tool within the PortPro AI Marketplace. Its primary purpose is to establish a direct, automated link between the PortPro Transportation Management System (TMS) and Microsoft Excel files. This connection allows for the continuous, near real-time flow of critical TMS data—such as load details, container information, and statuses—into selected Excel spreadsheets. By automating this process, the agent helps reduce manual data entry, minimizes errors, and enhances data visibility for reporting, analysis, or sharing with colleagues and external stakeholders.

Requirements Before Beginning:

• An active PortPro TMS account with valid login credentials.
  
• A Microsoft account (e.g., Office 365 business account or a personal account like @outlook.com) that has access to OneDrive or SharePoint where the target Excel file is stored.
  
• The Excel file (.xlsx format) intended for syncing must be saved in a OneDrive or SharePoint location accessible by the Microsoft account. Ensure the file itself is not password-protected (file-level encryption).
• A stable internet connection.

Accessing the Excel Spreadsheet AI Agent:

1. Log in to the PortPro TMS account.
   
2. Navigate to the AI Marketplace section from the left hand navigation bar.
3. Locate the Excel Spreadsheet AI Agent tile or listing and click on it to begin the setup process.
