What can cause Quickbooks Online to disconnect?

1. Quickbooks Online allows PortPro to maintain its authorization with each QB customer for 100 days. That means every 100 days Quickbooks will disconnect from PortPro and require you to re-authorize PortPro's access.  Do not fear, this is an intentional safety practice and all your settings have been saved.


2. A user may have made some settings changes inside of Quickbooks Online requiring a  connection to PortPro to occur in order to sync those changes.

3. A user may have manually disconnected PortPro to Quickbooks Online.
