How to Filter Using the Driver Planner in PortPro TMS

Guide to Navigating and Selecting Dates in the Driver Planner View

This article outlines how to use the Driver Planner feature within PortPro TMS to filter and view scheduled container moves by date and advanced criteria. This helps dispatchers and planners quickly assess daily operations and driver assignments.

Steps to Filter Using the Driver Planner:

1. Navigate to https://app.portpro.io/tms/customer-service/driver-planner

2. Click "All Days" in the upper section to open the date filter options.

   

    

   3. Select a time filter such as Today, Tomorrow (+1), etc. Loads will display according to the day selected.

   

    

   4. Loads will populate under the appropriate categories, such as containers scheduled at the port or deliveries scheduled from the yard.

   

    

   5. For additional filtering, click the Advanced Filters option.

   

    

   6. A filter window will appear with more detailed options.

   

    

   7. Enter desired filter criteria (e.g., Driver, Location, Customer, Status).

   

    

   8. Click "Apply" to update the results based on the selected filters.

   

    

This filtering functionality helps streamline load planning and improves operational visibility across teams.
