Trailer Object – Custom Report Template Fields

The Trailer Object in Custom Reporting enables visibility into trailer assets across the fleet. This template supports report generation for compliance tracking, asset management, and operational planning.


Below is a list of available fields when building a report using the Trailer Object:


Asset Identification

  • Trailer # – Internal trailer identifier used across the platform

  • Trailer Type – Classification of the trailer (e.g., chassis, flatbed, dry van)

  • Trailer Size – Length or size specification (e.g., 20’, 40’, 53’)

  • VIN – Vehicle Identification Number unique to the trailer

  • External ID – Custom identifier used in integrations or external systems

  • AID – Last Annual Inspection Date

  • ITD – Inspection Tire Date


Registration & Compliance

  • License Plate # – Registered trailer plate number

  • License Plate State – State in which the trailer is registered

  • Registration Expiration – Date when current registration expires

  • Inspection Expiration – Next required inspection date

  • HUT Expiration – Expiration date for Heavy Use Tax (HUT) filing


Manufacturer & Build Information

  • Year – Year of manufacture

  • Make – Manufacturer brand

  • Model – Model designation from the manufacturer


Operational Details

  • Branch – Office or terminal assigned to the trailer

  • Status – Indicates if the trailer is active, inactive, or under maintenance

  • Profile Created Date – Date when the trailer was added to the system
