After logging into drayOS, navigate to Accounts Receivable.

Next, select Billing to access the updated billing page.

On this page, updated filter cards are displayed. These correspond to the billing status of charge sets—both completed and pending—on each load. Selecting a filter card updates the table below to show the relevant charge sets available for action.

Screenshot of: You will notice some new filter cards here that align with the billing status of charge sets on a load, for completed and yet to be completed loads. By clicking these filter cards, you will see the charge sets available to action on change in the table below.

Above the data table, a built-in customer filter enhances usability by allowing quicker filtering without navigating through the full filter panel.

Screenshot of: You will also notice an enhancement to the filtering through natively built in customer filters right above the data table. This is an efficiency vs needing to go to the filter options, detailed below, to filter by customer.

A frequently requested feature—table sorting—has been introduced. Columns that display up/down arrows on hover can now be sorted directly.

Enhanced filtering options are also available on the right side of the page, just above the loads and charge sets table.

These expanded filters provide more granular control for viewing data based on specific operational needs.

The Edit Column tool allows additional customization. Columns can be toggled on or off to create a tailored view, similar to the functionality available on the Dispatch page.

Users can also create custom views, combining preferred filters and columns to quickly access targeted datasets—another feature adapted from the Dispatch page.

Bulk functionality remains available. When multiple charge sets are selected, a bulk options menu appears at the bottom of the screen for group actions.

Once multiple items are selected, a bulk options menu appears at the bottom of the screen, allowing actions to be taken at scale.
