Product Highlights

Enhanced Container Tracking is PortPro’s supply chain visibility solution, providing container tracking, per-diem auditing, import availability, and empty returns information in real-time.

Users can access this service as an add-on feature, connect to the data via an API, or use Enhanced  Container Tracking as a stand-alone product. Its focus is on real-time tracking, ETAs, and industry performance metrics.

Enhanced Container Tracking enables users and integrators to see when and where containers arrive, depart, and are expected back at the dock. By pulling information from marine terminals, the public domain, and through private partnership data, this service enables users to plug in or query container numbers to check their history, last free day, and general status (i.e. on vessel, on dock, etc.).

Import Tracking

Stop manually checking terminal and SSL websites. Access up to up 13 unique data points for each import container and have them update on your dispatch page in real time.

  • Vessel ETA
  • Container Discharge Date
  • Last Free Day (Demurrage)
  • Container Outgate Date/Time
  • Container Ingate Date/Time
  • Return By Date (Per Diem)
  • Container Type
  • Container Size
  • Container SSL (Owner)
  • Master BOL
  • Vessel Name
  • Voyage
  • Seal #

Document Management - Automatically Pull TIR/ EIR Receipts from Terminals

Stop manually checking terminal websites downloading TIRs, waiting for your driver to bring documents in at the end of each week or have a driver upload documents via a mobile app. drayOS track attaches terminal documents onto loads automatically for you as soon as they are available from the terminal.

Terminal Documents
• Outgate Receipt  • Ingate Receipt

Get Empty Return Dispatch Recommendations

Right on your dispatch page, you can now view recommendations of where empty import containers can be returned to without having to check multiple sites and manually update locations.

We also keep a historical track of these locations.

Per Diem Tracking

Managing per diem is a painful daily task for trucking companies, who struggle to gain accurate and reliable information. Track is the solution to these problems. By tracking the lifecycle of the order and tapping into public information hubs, Track enables users to see when and where a container is unloaded and determine the timing of the last free day. With this reliable information, trucking companies can fight back against unfair charges.

The system will automatically create an invoice for you when a load has per diem and now attach backup documents from terminal websites if the terminal was not accepting empties on specific days.
