This article provides step-by-step guidance on how to configure various driver pay accessorials using charge profiles. These accessorials may include detention, layover, stop-off, chassis split, and other pay types specific to driver activity. Proper setup ensures accurate and consistent compensation for drivers based on operational scenarios and customer billing rules.
Prepull

If you have multiple yards that all pay the same, you can remove "by event" and instead add a rule for "Drop Location."
Fuel

Based on can pull the percentage from either the Invoice (the customer invoice) or the Driver Charges (the carrier base pay).
For prepull fuel, you would add the "By event" and rule from the prepull combined with the fuel percentage above. You can have fuel for specific deliveries or one way moves by using the "by event" if one location should trigger the pay or "by move" if multiple events will trigger the pay.

The stopoff rule is not needed for bobtails if support moves are enabled and the system is set to auto-recognize when a bobtail occurs.
For customized routing with stopoffs, only the super admin can add the stopoff options available in the rules section of General Info.
The genset rule is optional.
