Editing Address, Logo, and Footers on Invoices
To update the company address, logo, and footers that appear on invoices, navigate to the Settings page and select Document Configuration. This section allows for customization of key invoice elements to ensure branding consistency and accurate company information.
Steps to update invoice details:
Access Settings > Account Setup > Document Designer.
Update the company address to be displayed on all invoices, ensuring it reflects the current and correct information.
Modify the invoice logo and footer content as necessary to align with branding guidelines or to include relevant legal or contact information.
Once all changes have been made, click Save to apply the updates.
These adjustments will be reflected immediately on all future invoices generated through the system.
