Steps to Establish QuickBooks Connection:If the connection to QuickBooks is not completing successfully, follow the steps below to ensure proper setup:
Verify User Access:
Confirm that the user is logged in under the PortPro Super Admin or Primary Admin account.
Enable QuickBooks Integration:
Go to Settings > Connections > MyApps > Finance. QuickBooks Online is labeled as 'Online.' To proceed, click Setup to complete the connection.

3. Disconnect Existing App in QuickBooks:
In QuickBooks, open the left-hand menu, navigate to Apps, and select My Apps at the top. Locate PortPro in the list, click the dropdown arrow, and choose Disconnect. Go through the process in PortPro to reconnect.
