Why is Container Tracking Pulling Incorrect Information?

If container tracking shows incorrect information, follow these steps: 

  • Review the Audit Tab to check for duplicate loads. If the load was created as a duplicate from another load, note that shared fields (e.g., Vessel ETA, SSL) may override tracking and require manual updates. 
  • Compare the load details with information available on the terminal/rail and SSL websites. If discrepancies are found, please send screenshots to support@portpro.io for further investigation.
    Note: For example, PNCT Vessel ETA is sourced from the SSL website, as it is not provided on the terminal site.
